Photo Essay Images of the Silverband Falls Walk in Wonderland Region of the Grampian Mountains
The Silverband Falls in the Wonderland Region of Victoria's Grampian Mountains National Park is at the end of an easy-going 1.4 Km return track – this runs alongside Dairy Creek.
The track was not particularly scenic as much tree debris was beside the track and in the creek, probably the result of floods in 2010. The area was also very open and the trees still black and charred probably the result of wildfires in 2006. It will take, time for the area to recover – so not great for landscape and nature photography but still worth a visit.
