Insects and Spiders Photographed in their Natural Habitats

Insects and Spiders

Invertebrate animals are animals without backbones that belong to Phylum Arthropoda (arthropods) and this webpage features images of Class Insecta (insects) and Class Arachnida (spiders).

I photograph invertebrates on both an opportunity and targeted basis. Depending on time of year and weather conditions I will target specific species to photograph. Many of the images were captured using macro photography techniques and equipment sometime using flash.
